
Kate Yehle is an aspiring mental performance consultant specializing in athletic identity and personal development for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. She is pursuing the Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), widely regarded as the premier credential in the field. She earned dual degrees from Arizona State University in May 2025, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Sports Business and a B.S. in Psychology, and is currently earning a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Motor Behavior and Exercise & Sport Psychology at Texas Tech University.
Kate gained applied experience through an internship with Dean Hebert at Mindset4Performance, an elite consulting practice, and holds a Psychology of Happiness Certification from Udemy Business, and a CITI Social & Behavioral Research Certification, supporting her holistic, principled approach.
A former competitive indoor and beach volleyball athlete, Kate understands the mental and physical demands of high-level sport. Her background and lifelong family connection to sport fuel her passion for helping athletes build resilience and overall well-being, both on and off the field, via life skills development.
